Nel cuore della città di Bucarest, in zona centralissima, ma in
un’atmosfera tranquilla ed in ambiente elegante, abbiamo realizzato
i più belli appartamenti della città. Una splendida villa antica del 1890, situata in posizione esclusiva con splendida vista sui giardini del Patriarcato romeno, e' stata completamente ristrutturata per ricavarne attraenti appartamenti. Accanto alla villa è stato costruito un immobile signorile che, collegato ad essa, costituirà un unico complesso edilizio da adibire a residence di lusso. In totale sono stati ricavati 29 appartamenti, mono,bi e trilocali di tipologia variabile dai 30 ai 70 mq ca. Gli appartamenti cosi ottenuti sono dotati di tutti i comforts (ascensore, riscaldamento autonomo ed aria condizionata) e vengono affittati arredati con angolo cottura, frigobar, TV via satellite, e internet via cavo. Incluso nel prezzo inoltre offriamo tutti i servizi alberghieri quali per esempio: pulizia giornaliera della camera, cambio delle lenzuola e della biancheria. |
