1. When making a reservation online, do you charge a fee?
No, we do not charge a fee for making a booking. You will pay only at the time of pick-up the car.
2. Where can I pick-up the car?
You can pick-up the car anywhere. We bring you the car to you location, your address, your hotel, at the airport…; just write us where you need the car and we will bring it there. This service is FREE OF CHARGE.
3. Why do you charge a fee for pick-up and drop-off in other cities then Bucharest?
As we are located in Bucharest and we do not have offices in other cities, we must bring the car to your location from Bucharest, so the rental charge will be higher.
4. Can I take a car from Cars4Rent if I do not have a reservation?
In order to rent a car from Cars4Rent, you must make an online reservation. In the event you do not have a reservation, you can book a car by calling our phone numbers.
5. Is unlimited mileage included in rates?
Yes, the rates include unlimited mileage.
6. All your cars have the logo?
No, our cars do not have the logo, it is just in the pictures.
